My first garden

I have been enjoying every minute of summer with my girls. They get along well and when they don't I'm finding the key is to keep them busy. So today we are off to go swimming but first I have to share some garden pictures. I am so excited that things are starting to appear in my garden.

Hopefully those flowers will be turning into squash soon.

A little longer and I'll have enough romaine lettuce for a salad.

Do you see there are actual green beans growing there. I have to say that I am pretty impressed. I've never grown a garden before.

I'm really impressed!! I'm so glad to hear that you are soaking every minute in. I think you are right on when you say the key is to keep them busy. I find that with Deaglan for sure. Have a great time swimming!

Kath, this is the first year that I am doing a garden.. and I tell you, I was expecting to be eating solely from the garden by now, lol, for real... and I have yet to pick a single damn anything. It kinda pisses me off, I am not going to lie. I do not have the patience for this. : (
